Overview
Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service to our corporate, insurance and individual clients, is seeking an Associate Attorney with five (5) to ten (10) years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Wilmington, Delaware.
Responsibilities- Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure, complex litigation.
- Represent clients across multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
- Collaborate within a diverse, inclusive, open-door environment; participate in mentorship and develop skills to manage cases from inception through resolution under guidance.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of litigation experience; experience in workers’ compensation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills.
