The preferred candidate should have 4-6 years of active practice, with Delaware commercial and/or corporate litigation in Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and District of Delaware. Experience litigating in federal court is preferred. Experience with intellectual property litigation is a plus but not required.
Qualifications- Candidates must be licensed in Delaware.
- Desire to work on cases with a variety of litigation subject-matter in Delaware and other federal courts around the country.
- Desire to be both lead trial counsel and Delaware counsel on litigation matters.
- Detail oriented, organized, and desire to work on a close‑knit team.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task independently under deadlines, efficiently manage firm resources, effectively delegate (as appropriate), and prioritize and manage case assignments.
- Ability to effectively present information and professionally respond to questions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize inefficiencies in work process and contribute to improvements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity.
- Computer self‑sufficient (complete Microsoft Office Suite).
- Proficiency with specialized software and online programs as required.
