Account Manager – Personal Lines Insurance

Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to support personal lines clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing existing policies, and assisting clients with coverage, billing, and policy changes.

In-Office | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

• In-office position only
• Active Property & Casualty license required prior to start date (Offer may be extended prior to licensing; licensing assistance available)

• Provide personalized insurance quotes and coverage options
• Convert quotes into bound policies
• Manage and service existing personal lines accounts
• Review and update policies for accuracy and compliance

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before start date)
• Personal lines insurance experience preferred; commercial experience a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and agency management systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
