What

You Will Do

ITG Brands is driving a strategic transformation of its IT infrastructure to achieve world-class reliability, operational excellence, and alignment with global standards. The Sr. Manager Network Infrastructure Services leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of infrastructure projects including compute and network refreshes, Telecommunications, Disaster Recovery, Backup, and collaboration platform deployments ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable services that support both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the IT Security Manager – US, this role manages infrastructure personnel and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Sr. Manager is responsible for implementing best practices in governance, change management, and service delivery, while driving the adoption of global standards and modern technologies across all infrastructure domains. The project management role will need to have experience with change management ideally in IT related capacities as part of technology or process transformations.

Experience in infrastructure operations, financial tracking, and program delivery is essential. A successful candidate in this role will need to get deeply involved in projects, it is a “hands on” position to drive project delivery. Robust technical skills in networking and compute platforms will be essential.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the stable, efficient, and secure operation of all infrastructure systems, with a relentless focus on service reliability and uptime.
  • Leading regional infrastructure enablement, including IT/OT Networking, Telecommunications and Internet circuits, collaboration tools, and data center operations, in alignment with standards.
  • Overseeing the design, deployment, and optimization of infrastructure solutions, leveraging automation, data-driven insights, and industry best practices.
  • Managing financial oversight of project budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts to deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions.
  • Managing infrastructure personnel and setting priorities for design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of infrastructure systems by assigning staff members to monitor performance, tune software, and perform maintenance and upgrades.
  • Ensuring governance frameworks are followed and continuously improved to support infrastructure project delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining infrastructure deployment plans in synchronization with the broader Global technology roadmap.
  • Maintaining configurations and processes which align to internal policies and controls.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • REQUIRED

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field of study with 12+ years IT work experience
  • 5 or more years experience leading a team of senior level network and compute engineers of 7 or more individuals
  • Deep experience with high uptime infrastructure services operating in a 24x7 environment
