OverviewAs the Instructional Designer you will create interactive eLearning experiences that are based upon adult learning theory and microlearning best practices for our customers and employees, as well as digital instructional materials used in our in-person trainings. You are the lead in the development of courses working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create content that will support both synchronous and asynchronous learning modalities.

- Coordinate GTM Training and readiness for product launch both internally and externally
- Percentage of learners who complete courses within designated time frames
- Assessment scores immediately after training and at periodic intervals
- Product adoption and usage for new products over time
- Post-training feedback surveys covering content quality, engagement, and relevance
- Time from training completion to demonstrated job performance proficiency
- Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities)
- Follow learning objectives for each course
- Assess current evaluation criteria
- Create processes and guidelines on how to use online training material
- Research and recommend current relevant educational methods (e.g. gamification)
- Conduct skills gap analyses
- Conduct surveys to customers and Vantaca staff to drive training products forward through feedback
- Learning Management System quality and effectiveness
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, Educational Technology, or relevant field
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Absorb
LMS a plus) - Hands-on experience with eLearning Authoring Software (Adobe Capitvate a plus)
- Strong video editing skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite preferred
- Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and microlearning principles
- Experience utilizing AI tools for content creation, trainings, etc.
- Asana experience is desired
- Jira experience is desired
- Experience from a technology or software company (partnering with Product and Engineering)
