Job Summary- REGIONAL EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
- Onboarding – welcoming, mentoring, supporting, and engaging.
- Culture/Work Place – with senior leadership, revamp and/or develop corporate/division mission and core values statements; promote a culture that encourages continuous feedback; collaborate with marketing to promote the statements in all locations; help clarify what makes Liberty different and an employer of choice.
- Job Satisfaction – develop training for employee evaluations; train Administrators/Executive Directors/Department Heads on performance reviews; use HR data to ensure timely Employee Reviews; participate in career progression processes; design and distribute employee satisfaction surveys; participate in committees; develop annual forms for all departments.
- Recognition Programs – evaluate and refine recognition programs; maintain an Engagement toolbox with current information; collaborate with marketing on campaigns around recognition programs.
- Workforce Building and Education Assistance – evaluate training needs; promote Education Assistance Policy; collaborate with marketing on campaigns; educate Liberty Team members about available programs.
- Compensation and Benefits – monitor and provide feedback on programs; coordinate years of service recognition with Administrators; provide suggestions for milestone celebrations.
- Site Visits – monitor and coordinate visiting offices/communities; develop KPIs for turnover, evaluations, and employee satisfaction; support communication tools; schedule monthly engagement calls with Engagement Champions.
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – periodic communications to raise awareness of DEI initiatives; develop strategies and programs to create an inclusive environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration or higher (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR or employee engagement experience.
- Ability to use data and insights to influence and develop/track solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of current trends in employee engagement via conferences, webinars, and training events.
- Excellent collaboration with broad teams; ability to manage multiple tasks with quality results.
- Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office and related products.
- Proven ability to address and support employees at all levels; prepares and delivers applicable presentations (coaching, trainings).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Position requires extensive travel with some overnights.
