Our Women's Services Team is looking for a compassionate RN to join us on weekend nights. This part-time role (24 hours/week) qualifies for full-time benefits and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in women’s care.

Our unit supports a diverse group of patients, including postpartum NICU moms, women recovering from gynecologic procedures, bariatric surgery patients, and med/surg-level ED overflow. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team where kindness, collaboration, and patient-centered care come first.

Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and Relocation up to $7,500 available!

Night Shift and Weekend Differentials

Schedule:

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Night Shift, Part-Time (24 hours/week), 48 Weekends/Year

What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate bedside care to women in a variety of recovery stages, from postpartum support to post-surgical healing
  • Monitor patient progress closely, responding quickly to changes and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the night
  • Partner with physicians, lactation consultants, and interdisciplinary teammates to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Educate patients and families with calm reassurance, helping them feel informed and supported during their hospital stay
  • Create a welcoming, respectful environment where women feel cared for, heard, and empowered in their recovery
What We're Looking For
  • Education:
    High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.

    In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course, preferred.
  • Experience:
    One year relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. American Heart Association BLS. Some departments have additional advanced CPR requirements as listed on staff annual education record, required. Must maintain the annual required CEU’s as defined by NCBON. Additional hours may be required by the unit /dept, required.
