Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Wilmington, NC

Overview

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our awesome team in Wilmington, North Carolina. Our team provides life-changing ABA treatment to children and their families with Autism. Job Duties /Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavior assessments according to needs of the client
  • Design Treatment Plans of Care
  • Design measurement and data collection systems
  • Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB (20% oversight, adjust as needed)
  • Motivate and provide mentorship to assigned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
  • Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings to drive client outcomes and performance
  • Attend monthly off-site Client Outcomes review
  • Conduct Family training
  • Billing and documentation for all clinical activities, same day as activity
  • Attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in ABA preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
  • Experience with ASD, highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a background and reference check
  • Reliable transportation

Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in ABA preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
