  12 HR (Day; 7a - 7p) or (Night; 7p - 7a)

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
  
  Nurse Aide experience. Experience in basic patient care, phlebotomy, EKG in an emergency or outpatient setting highly desirable, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Nurse Aide I, required. American Heart Association BLS required. Some departments have additional advanced CPR requirements as listed on staff annual education record, required. Phlebotomy Certification, required.
• Additional Skills (required):
  Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s) age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs.
• Additional Skills (preferred):
  Knowledge of medical terminology.
