Overview
Provides exemplary menu and meal services to patients on assigned units under the supervision of the Nutrition Care Coordinators, Food and Nutrition Management. Actively processes and maintains patient diet orders, assists patients with daily menu selections, meets or exceeds patients’ meal requests, resolves tray service or food service issues, prepares and serves patient meals and nourishments, and inventories and delivers nourishments supplies for assigned units.
Participates in department performance improvement activities.

- Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. - Experience:
Two years experience in restaurant, hotel or customer service setting, required. - Licensure/Certification:
Serv Safe certification, preferred. - Additional Skills (required):
Face-to-face experience in meeting customer needs / issues is essential.
