Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC!

Work Schedule: 7:00pm
-7:00am, rotating weekends and holidays

Location: Scott Hill Medical - 109 Scotts Hill Medical Drive Wilmington, North Carolina 28411

Registered Respiratory Therapist

  • Works under the supervision of the Manager.
  • As directed by a physician, administers a variety of simple and complex treatments and tests.
  • Collaborates with medical director and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans for program participants.
  • Responsible for the competent delivery of all routine and emergent respiratory care services as described in the Respiratory Care policy and procedure manual.
  • Explains purpose and procedure of treatments, tests and equipment to patients.
  • Records all pertinent information of treatments, including patient response in the patient's chart.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education:
    High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
