Overview
The Supervisor Mobile Health Billing ensures that all air and ground transport is reviewed and verified for billing accuracy and regulatory completeness. Audits are conducted as needed for compliance purposes and uses results for education and remediation. Maintains, processes, and ensures the integrity and quality of all system Mobile Health records utilizing technological, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Supports the operations for the department while providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service to internal and external customers.
Responsible for supervision of Billing Team members. Mobile Health (MH) is a service-line that consists of EMS, Air Link, Vita Link, and Community Paramedics. This role will provide support and may work hours on various shifts and weekends to support the team schedule.

Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required.
Experience
Two years, required. In EMS, Critical Care or Air Medical billing. Or Two years’ experience in Health Information Management or Coding Support.
Five years, preferred. Previous administrative leadership or revenue mgmt. experience in an EMS, Critical Care or Air Medical agency.
Licensure/Certification (Preferred):
Notary Public, Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist (NAAC), & Certified Ambulance Coder (NAAC).

- Strong teamwork, organizational, planning and data entry skills.
Technology Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
