Outpatient Therapist

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm onsite.

• Competitive salary: $50,000–54,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $55,000+

• Skills:
  
  Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Licensure:
  Full or Provisional LCSW or LCMHC | Dual licensure preferred, LCAS
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance.
