Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

You'll support patients with empathy, assist providers with precision, and contribute to a culture of kindness and excellence.

• Triage patients with care and attentiveness
• Administer injections and IVs (training provided)
• Conduct lab testing and support X-ray procedures (training provided)
• Maintain accurate documentation in Athena EHR
• Assist with front office duties and patient communication
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with providers to deliver high-quality care
• Advocate for patient needs and comfort

Must-Haves:

• CMA certification in North Carolina
• At least 2 years of experience in urgent or primary care
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with grace
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift >10 lbs
• Willingness to work 13-hour shifts and weekends
