Pay:
From $90,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
License/Certification: BCBA Certification (Required)

- Design ABA therapy plans
- Monitor progress and make adjustments regularly
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
- Constantly review clinical reports and session notes
- Write reports outlining data and progress for each client
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, including training
- Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases
- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
