• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to achieve cardiac ablation solutions sales and customer service objectives
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on relevant products and procedures
• Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers in collaboration with the field training department
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and maintain communication with sales representatives regarding procedures

• High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
• Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and perform physical tasks as required

• Local candidates with prior experience at the employer will be given preference
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ work experience in the cardiac field
• Completion of pacing school or ATI-like training program
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
