Physical Therapist - PRN - Wilmington, NC

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life through personalized treatment plans. This position will primarily provide coverage for staff PTO and also PRN as patient census warrants.

Qualifications:

• Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Valid North Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics; background or certification in MDT preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services

Skills:

• Efficiency in treatment and documentation in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
