As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will work with existing Schwab clients to provide wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you will grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. If you currently hold securities licenses, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients, this role is for you.
ResponsibilitiesProcure and manage services for existing Schwab clients, delivering wealth management and financial planning guidance. Grow the client practice by expanding assets under management, networking, and earning referrals. Collaborate with Schwab specialists and adhere to company guidelines to help clients progress toward their goals.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
- Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as required during tenure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships, engage clients, and exceed expectations through focused communication
- Ability to leverage Schwab specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and action-oriented guidance
- Willingness to manage wealth across Retirement, Education, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
- Adaptability to changing market and business conditions
- Passion for community engagement and discussing market conditions and sound investing principles
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding investor experience while pursuing personal development in Wealth Management
