Thalian Association Community Theatre will hold auditions for their annual Azalea Festival Show, The Wizard of Oz, February 16 and 17 at 7 pm. Auditions will be held at the Community Arts Center, 120 S. 2nd Street in downtown Wilmington. The production, directed by Sam Chappell, runs April 10 through April 19 at Thalian Hall.
Please prepare 30 seconds (16 bars) musical theatre style song to sing. You may bring sheet music if you prefer but it is not mandatory. An accompanist will be provided.
Audition sign-up will begin January 16th. PLEASE CALL TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TIME.
Callbacks will be February 18 at the Community Arts Center. Please be prepared to read from a provided script and sing from the show.
Actors of all ethnicities are welcome and encouraged to audition for our entire season!
