About this Role:

Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs  This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications

Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware  The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments  The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts

Qualifications

+ 3 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout

+ Experience in the layout of High density printed circuit boards with Cadence/Allegro products

+ Controlled track impedance, RF PWB, and guard track layout experience

+ Allegro PWB designer experience

+ Create and maintain component libraries

+ Experienced in footprint generation

+ Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required

Education Requirements:

AS degree in PWB design or equivalent

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$65,800   $98,000 per year
