• Seeking an exceptional, collaborative physician leader to join their program as the Coastal Market Leader for Oncology/Hematology in Wilmington, NC and the surrounding region.
• The institute includes over 100 specialists in 30+ locations across the state of NC.
• The program is designed to promote disease sub-specialization, team based multi-disciplinary care and access to clinical trials.
• This role will involve administrative (.4 FTE) and clinical (.6 FTE) duties.
• Lead a group of 30+ providers at 7 clinic locations and collaborates with the market leadership and administration of 3 hospitals in the region.
• Partnered with an administrative dyad, will be responsible for the quality, safety, patient experience, financial growth and strategy objectives of the market.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician leader and continued formal development as a leader is encouraged while in this role. About the Group
