Dentist - Wilmington, NC - New Grads

Mon-Fri; no weekends/on-call coverage needed.

Patient Population:
Pediatrics & Young Adults

• Perform routine exams, restorative procedures, and hygiene checks
• Provide compassionate dental care to pediatric and young adult patients
• Review medical histories with patients and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts and treatment notes
• Collaborate with dentists, office managers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with practice‑support tasks to maintain efficient patient flow

• Active North Carolina Dental License (required)
• General dentistry experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Production-based compensation with high earning potential
• Daily guarantee of $600-$800 depending on experience (paid whichever is higher: production or guarantee)
