Assistant Superintendent
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000

Project
Summary:
Wilmington projects include a vertical hospital expansion and a ground-up 3-story rehab hospital.
- Assist in managing a ~10-month vertical hospital expansion (Cath Lab).
- Support the Superintendent in daily field operations, safety, and quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain project schedule and documentation.
- Open to early-career candidates; college not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn under mentorship of an experienced Superintendent.
