Role: Superintendent
Compensation: $105,000–$165,000
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bluffton, SC
Company Details: The company is a premier commercial general contractor covering the southeast region and beyond.
Project SummaryWilmington projects include a vertical hospital expansion and a ground-up 3-story rehab hospital.
Responsibilities- Lead a ground-up, 3-story rehab hospital project (90,000 SF).
- Manage project schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project team on-site.
- Maintain client and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Wilmington or nearby, with some travel possible.
