Base pay range$/yr – $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing day‑to‑day site operations for new construction and selective renovation projects.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
- Travel between Wilmington and the Triangle area as required.
- Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced management, taking on increasing responsibility over time.
- Hands‑on construction experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence to take ownership of projects.
- Flexible to travel locally between Wilmington and the Triad area.
- Eager to learn and grow in a small, agile company (40‑50 employees).
