• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on‑site to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Direct and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Monitor construction processes to guarantee work is completed according to design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between project managers, architects, engineers, trade partners, and clients, providing regular updates and resolving on‑site issues.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, change orders, inspection reports, and progress photos; submit regular reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

• College degree in relevant industry or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Ability to read and understand prints
• Advanced level of experience in construction industry software
• Strong organizational skills
