As the Inventory Control Operator, you will work under the direction of the team supervisor to perform the duties of counting and verifying products in the warehouse using handheld devices or forms. You will be involved with auditing and stocking our bin levels, resolving inventory variances, and performing system updates. This role requires travel to various sites approximately 75% of the time to ensure inventory accuracy across the business.

This position reports to Senior Manager, Inventory Control.

• Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations per handheld device/forms in the warehouse and make system updates as required
• Research and resolve inventory variances
• Audit and correct bin stock levels
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks in the warehouse
• Other item checks and system updates as directed by the supervisor
• Operate stand-up forklift
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred.
• Proper use of PPE.
• Excellent safety record.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box‑cutting tools.
• The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
• Remote, field‑based position.
• Our headquarters is in Wilmington, MA. The person taking this position will be required to perform work at our customer installation locations for extended periods where equipment is installed and ready for commissioning (Commissioning Team).

• Up to 75% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi‑weekly basis.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $20.19 - $28.03 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
