• Inspect HVAC/R systems and components to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations when working on HVAC/R systems.
• ose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues.
• Diagnostics of commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
• Provide technical support in the field.
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
• Perform regular tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, parts, or wiring.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate field service reports.

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct client site visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and service.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and support planning efforts for key installations or service jobs.

• Strong soft skill acumen and ability to operate in both residential and commercial settings.

• This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
