This role provides analytical, financial, and operational support to the Global Real Estate organization and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective real estate operations worldwide. ** Key Responsibilities
** Support day-to-day management of ADI’s global corporate real estate portfolio, including leases, renewals, amendments, and critical dates Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and adherence to internal policies, controls, and governance requirements
** Qualifications & Experience
** Experience in corporate real estate, finance, facilities, or a related business function Strong analytical and financial skills with a high level of attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate, lease administration, or financial systems is a plus Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience with lease administration, invoice processing, or transaction support Interest in corporate real estate strategy, workplace planning, or portfolio optimization
