• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality control goals
• Supervise and mentor all quality department employees
• Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and SOPs throughout the facility
• Collaborate with plant leadership to support cost control and process improvement initiatives
• Manage and document all quality-related processes and training programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant discipline (e.g., finance, engineering, operations, supply chain)
• 3‑5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Continuous Improvement roles
• Strong customer focus and ability to lead a team
• Understanding of supply chain practices and quality control program implementation
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and manufacturing operations

• Lean Six Sigma certification(s)
• Prior experience in a plant or quality supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Proficiency in Spanish
