CNC Machinist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling setups and troubleshooting production processes. Responsibilities include programming and operating equipment to maintain tight tolerances while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Full Time opportunity on the first shift with flexible start times. Pay rate is $35 - 48/hr based on experience. Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

6 AM - 3:30 PM.

Education:

High School.

• Operate, set up and program CNC Swiss machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and in accordance with machine programs and engineering drawings.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling in machines as part of the new setup.
• Perform difficult CNC machinist work including progressive machining of various parts in different metals where very close to tolerances must be maintained.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot and solve CNC programs and processes.
