We are seeking a Quality Control Operator to join our Wilmington, MA team.

Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM - Monday through Friday

Pallet Inspection & Quality Control
* Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
* Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly.
* Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets.
* Identify and document any deviations from quality standards.
* Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors.
* Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines.
* Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives.
* Provide support during audits and inspections. Safety and Compliance:
· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
* Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
* Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
