Overview
Project Manager Opportunities – Multiple Openings in MA & RI
We are hiring Project Managers with 5–7 years of experience in commercial construction to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. If you have experience in hospitality, retail, or corporate sector work and experience with Procore, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Establish a project schedule during project setup and partner with the Superintendent to maintain its accuracy
- Create a procurement schedule for equipment and materials, resolving purchasing challenges early
- Develop a purchasing strategy aligned with project schedules and budget; review with Purchasing to meet buyout goals
- Lead the project team, deploy project strategy, and meet established profit goals
- Administer the billing and collection process, ensuring timely applications and follow-up
- Promote and adhere to risk management and safety policies; partner with the Superintendent to ensure compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, the design team, co-workers, subcontractors, and other key partners
- Provide internal leadership, foster teamwork, and mentor or manage assigned staff
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors and model fairness in all interactions

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilmington, MA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
