Principle BSA - Oracle Fusion Financials

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Principle BSA - Oracle Fusion Financials.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a senior, business-facing BSA supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain

* Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors

* Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional specifications

* Drive and support complex integrations across Finance, SCM, and related systems

* Partner closely with implementation vendors (e.g., systems integrators) on design, delivery, and issue resolution

* Review and validate integration designs and functional solutions delivered by vendors

* Support Finance and Supply Chain business processes across end-to-end workflows

* Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical, solution-oriented recommendations

* Collaborate with developers by guiding design and requirements (hands-off build)

* Contribute as a hands-on team player willing to dive into problems as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong techno-functional background with Oracle Fusion Financials

* Multiple years of hands-on Oracle Fusion experience

* Proven experience leading and supporting complex system integrations

* Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes

* Experience supporting or leading BSA work across Finance, HCM, and SCM domains

* Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and present confidently

* Strong functional specification and documentation skills

* Experience working closely with outsourced implementation and integration partners

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to operate independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
