Note: This role does not require eLearning development or software like Storyline. We’re looking for a strategic Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expert who knows how to partner with the business to build the right enablement strategy.
Cape Talent is seeking versatile ERP Training & Documentation Lead to join our client's Change Management team. This role will be responsible for the planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of the training and documentation plan to support all users of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that training and documentation aligns with organizational needs and business objectives.
This role will help to oversee a team of ERP training and documentation professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality, role-based deliverables that support new and existing users.
This role is strategic and consultative, not delivery-focused. The consultant will work cross-functionally with business process owners, project leads, and implementation partners to assess training needs, determine if training is required, and help design a scalable enablement approach. This includes use of Oracle Learning Central

You will be responsible for adopting and enhancing the team’s comprehensive training and documentation strategy that maximizes user engagement, fosters system adoption, and ensures users are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage Oracle ERP’s full capabilities. You will also track and measure the effectiveness of training programs to continuously improve and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.

- · Manage and enhance the organization’s Oracle ERP training and documentation strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- · Collaborate with IT to implement Oracle Guided Learning, OGL, into the overall training and documentation plan.
- · Oversee the execution of a comprehensive training and documentation strategy and plan, which includes onboarding, new feature training, support documentation, job aids, quick reference guides, etc.
- · Work within the Change Management team to evaluate outcomes of impact assessments, to conduct training analysis and to champion change throughout the project.
- · Lead and mentor a team of ERP instructional designers, trainers, and documentation specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of training and documentation programs across multiple departments and geographies.
- · Develop and implement blended learning approaches (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, hands-on exercises, virtual training) to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
- · Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that training and documentation deliverables are relevant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- · Monitor user adoption rates and feedback to continuously refine and improve training content and delivery methods.
- · Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training and documentation, such as user proficiency, training completion rates, and system usage improvements.
