Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Wilmington, known for delivering high‑quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40–50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full‑time, part‑time, or PRN)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current MA License (or eligible to obtain)
