Overview

Support the Facilities team in planning and executing construction and renovation projects. Gain hands-on experience in construction project management while working with cross‑functional teams in a global, high‑tech environment.

Responsibilities

* Assist with construction projects from planning through close‑out under senior PM guidance

* Support scope development, cost estimates, schedules, and RFP documentation

* Coordinate with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Security) and external vendors

* Participate in site walks, contractor meetings, and inspections

* Track budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation

* Help prepare status reports, punch lists, and close‑out materials

Qualifications

* Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

* Strong interest in construction project management

* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point

* Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred

* Exposure to MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or AutoCAD

* Interest in industrial or high‑tech facilities
