Overview
Field Sales Engineer role at Analog Devices – a global semiconductor leader bridging analog, digital, and software technologies to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. The Field Sales Engineer will engage customers across diverse markets, including digital healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and industrial.
Responsibilities- Engage customers to understand and solve application-level challenges across broad technology stacks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, product line management, marketing, and engineering.
- Educate customers about Analog Devices products, services, and system solutions through technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with technical and business resources within Analog Devices to drive customer success.
- Manage all aspects of customer engagements, including collaboration with both technical and business resources within Analog Devices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering.
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and electronic components.
- Knowledge of analog, mixed‑signal, or digital circuitry (e.g., sensors, op‑amps, DC/DC power, data converters, processors).
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
- Strong time‑management skills enabling on‑time project delivery.
- Ability to build lasting, influential relationships internally and externally.
- Strong initiative and drive for results, and competitive drive.
Base salary range: $69,600 – $95,700. Position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage; 401(k); paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
Travel10% of the time.
