Purpose:
Model positivity, professionalism, and a passion for early education. Build strong relationships that foster trust, inclusion, and collaboration among staff and families. - Ensure Excellence: Maintain full compliance with local and state licensing regulations while upholding TLE’s health and safety standards.
- Build a Strong Team: Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing staff who share your commitment to nurturing young learners.
- Deliver an Exceptional Curriculum: Support teachers in implementing TLE’s proprietary curriculum to create engaging, character-driven learning experiences.
- Drive Business Success: Oversee center operations, including enrollment growth, family retention, financial management (accounts receivable/payable, P&L reporting), and payroll.
- Engage the Community: Conduct in-person and virtual tours, host family events, and partner with local organizations to promote the center and drive enrollment.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of center leadership/management experience (2+ years preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
- Credentials: State-specific Director/Administrative credential and any other required qualifications for your location.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of state licensing regulations and early childhood best practices.
