This role will focus on:

Join our Operations – Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Process Improvement Intern. This internship offers hands‑on experience in warehouse management, process mapping, and Lean improvement initiatives. You’ll support the team in standardizing procedures, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistin developing, writing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities
  • Support data collection and process mapping for inventory control, logistics workflows, and warehouse improvements
  • Help execute Lean improvement actions, including 5S activities and kaizenevents
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to validate processes
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare documentation for project milestones.
Learning & Development Objectives
  • Gainhands‑on experience in supply chain operations and warehouse management
  • Develop practical skills in SOP writing, process mapping, and continuous improvement
  • Strengthen collaboration and communication skills by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Receive onboarding, Lean Basics training, and ongoing coaching from managers and subject matter experts
Candidate Profile
  • Preferred Academic Background:
    Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (operations/logistics focus)
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in warehouse environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio or similar)
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

This position offers an hourly salary of $25. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
