Here’s What You Will Be Doing

• Greets guests, receives orders, processes payments, and resolves customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point-of-sale devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques.
• Verifies order accuracy.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, food preparation areas, utensils, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.).
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Resolves issues in the restaurant.
• Learns team effectiveness skills and works with others to achieve team goals.
• Responds to guests’ needs professionally and politely.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Exhibits good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Has reliable transportation.
