A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Electrical Laboratory Technician

What You’ll Do & Where You’ll Work: Step into a hands‑on role at our Wilmington, IL laboratory, where each day brings a mix of technical problem‑solving and precision work. You’ll be onsite, working directly with specialized equipment and collaborating with our lab team. While your home base will be the lab, you may occasionally visit nearby plant facilities rare, but meaningful trips that may require standard safety measures, including drug testing and security clearance.

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re seeking an Electrical Laboratory Technician who’s equally comfortable with tools, technology, and technical concepts. Whether you’re an experienced professional, a recent technical school graduate, or coming from a military background, we value your unique skills and perspectives. What matters most is your technical foundation, your curiosity, and your drive to learn and grow.

Your Technical Superpowers:

• A background in instrumentation, electronics, pneumatics, or pressure testing will help you thrive here. If you’ve completed technical college coursework or gained hands‑on training in the military especially in calibration, you’ll be right er standing fundamentals like Ohm’s Law is essential, as it underpins much of what you’ll work with and may come up during interviews.

This role blends brain and brawn. You’ll need:

• Basic computer proficiency
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfort with tasks like loading/unloading equipment, assembling test setups, and handling tools
• Safety is at the core of everything we do, so proper lifting practices and equipment are always part of the process.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $28.00 - $31.03 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
