IT Equipment Coordinator, OpsTech IT; Fulfillment & Operations

Overview

Job  |  Services LLC. This position is hired for the following shifts:
Mon - Tue 09:00-19:30;
Thu - Fri 09:00-19:30.

• Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Manage the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
• Support the IT team within the Fulfillment Center and assist Junior and Senior Technicians on daily projects and activities as directed.
• Maintain general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department.
• Report to the IT manager for the Fulfillment Center.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms.
• Stand/walk for 10-12 hours at a time.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be highly motivated and customer-centric.

• Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Excellent customer service abilities.

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
