Track Crew – Monster Truck Roundup
Position Type: Event / Part-Time / On-Call

Schedule: Event days plus load-in and load-out

Location: Multiple event venues (see locations below)
Monster Truck Roundup is hiring dependable, high-energy individuals to join our Track Crew for live monster truck events. This is a physically active, hands-on role supporting track operations, event setup, safety, and teardown. Track Crew members work behind the scenes to keep shows running smoothly and safely.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, physical work, and live motorsports.
Physical & Activity RequirementsThis is an active and physically demanding role
. Applicants must be able to:
- Run, jog, and move quickly on dirt, concrete, and uneven surfaces
- Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (including large tires and equipment)
- Work on their feet for extended periods
- Perform tasks in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise
- Maintain focus and awareness in a live motorsports environment
Track Crew responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, repairing, and maintaining the dirt track and obstacles
- Painting and touching up track elements and barriers
- Removing debris and damaged parts from the track during and between runs
- Pushing, moving, and positioning monster truck tires and track features
- Unloading and loading trucks, equipment, and event materials
- Cleaning monster trucks and support vehicles
- Assisting merchandise operations by transporting shirts and supplies
- Supporting ticket sales and customer flow when needed
- Managing car parking and directing vehicle traffic
- Assisting with event setup, teardown, and overall operations
Duties vary by event and crew assignment.
Requirements- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong situational awareness and attention to safety
- Willingness to perform varied tasks throughout the event day
- Comfortable working around loud engines, heavy equipment, and large vehicles
- Experience with live events, motorsports, construction, or manual labor
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools and equipment
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Track Crew members may be scheduled at one or more of the following Monster Truck Roundup event locations. Availability may vary by event, and crew members can indicate preferred locations when applying.

- Cambria County Fairgrounds
- Ebensburg, Pennsylvania
- Carroll County Agriculture Center
- Westminster, Maryland
