Position Summary: The Transportation Specialist drives charter revenue growth through proactive client engagement, meticulous follow‑up, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent, and skilled at identifying opportunities, converting leads, and ensuring flawless execution of all charter operations. In addition, this role plays a key part in daily dispatch functions—supporting driver communication, schedule coordination, and timely response to operational needs to maintain smooth, efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Client Development (Primary Focus)
  • Proactively develop and implement strategies to increase charter work and maximize revenue.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent and timely follow‑up with all leads, clients, and prospects to secure bookings and encourage repeat business.
  • Build strong, solutions‑focused relationships with clients through detailed communication and reliable execution.
Contract Oversight
  • Manage all charter contracts from initiation through completion with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all contract terms align with company guidelines and client requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored charter solutions.
Marketing & Promotion
  • Create and execute marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop effective promotional content and materials.
Customer Experience & Feedback Management
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and increase repeat business.
  • Develop surveys and tools to regularly measure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement improvements that enhance the overall charter experience and strengthen client retention.
Invoicing, Reporting & Financial Accuracy
  • Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date monthly reports on charter activity and revenue performance.
  • Ensure all invoicing is accurate, timely, and closely monitored.
  • Provide comprehensive performance reports to the Transportation Supervisor, Manager, and CEO.
  • Maintain and update the invoicing system with precision and consistency.
Dispatch & Operational Support
  • Develop and maintain all transportation schedules, including sports and charter runs.
  • Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.
  • Oversee driver call logs, incident reports, and dispatch‑related documentation with high accuracy.
  • Prioritize calls and emails, responding within 24 business hours and escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure their transportation needs are met.
  • Manage driver sign‑ups for extra‑curricular activities through organized, equitable systems.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Specialist for timely maintenance and service scheduling.
  • Assist with data collection, file management, and spreadsheet/database updates as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state/DOT, and federal regulations.
  • Provide operational support outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Independently follow tasks through to completion, ensuring all details are captured and communicated.
  • Design routes in accordance with OCS policies and provide accurate information to all transportation stakeholders.
Standard Employment Requirements
  • Favorable Criminal Background Check and Child Abuse Registry Check for the candidate who is offered employment.

  • Mandatory Direct Deposit of paycheck
