PositionSummary
- The Field Manager is responsible for all field crews, and the preparation of all jobs.
- Manages all field crews
- Customer communication on a daily basis
- Trains all incoming new hires on job duties and safety standards
- Completes annual performance reviews for all field technicians/direct reports
- Schedules all install technicians, daily
- Performs daily preparation of all jobs
- Performs daily close-out of all installation jobs
- Coordinates with warehouse personnel regarding materials needed for customer installations and service
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history.
- Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
- Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Experience leading others in completion of tasks is required.
- Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.
- Foster and shape a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude.
- Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lead others in their technical duties while in the field.
