General Building Services - Open Skilled Laborer Positions

EGBS is the division of EDiS that handles the jobs most people don’t even realize need to happen – until they do. This team handles the work that keeps buildings running, businesses open, and tenants happy. We’re the ones fixing it, finishing it, building it out, or making it better – whatever it takes.

In other words: if a client calls saying “Hey, we need someone out here yesterday,” we’re the people they trust to answer the phone and show up ready.

• You’ll work on a wide variety of fast-paced projects—no two days are exactly the same.

What we’re looking for:

Right now, we’re looking for a variety of skills:

• Carpenters (rough and finish)
• Concrete workers
• General Construction Laborers

Have experience with drywall, ceilings, doors/hardware, punch work, small fixes, or facilities management? Great—let’s talk.

If you’re fast, flexible, and know how to keep a jobsite safe and clean—let’s talk faster.

What makes you a fit:

• You know how to adapt when priorities shift.
• You’re comfortable in active, occupied environments and can work professionally around clients and tenants.
• You don’t cut corners (unless you’re installing trim—and even then, it better be a perfect 45)
