Security Officer - Part-Time Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation parking location.;
Control access at entrances and exits by checking identification, validating credentials, managing visitor and contractor sign-in, and directing vehicles and pedestrians to approved areas.;
Monitor access control systems such as gates, door controls, intercoms, and cameras, and report malfunctions and/or suspicious activity per site procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching assistance, documenting events, and communicating updates to site contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around parking areas, entries, and perimeter spaces, and complete required activity logs and incident reports.
