Security Officer - Flex Walking Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and/or suspicious conditions;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, and alarms, and request additional support when needed;
Monitor customer and associate activity, observe for potential theft indicators, and document observations while maintaining a professional, service-focused presence;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate key information to store leadership and Allied Universal supervision, and support access control and/or closing procedures as assigned
