** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and site visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, building common areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues.

+ Monitor access points and controlled areas by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials as directed, and directing visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries to the proper check-in process.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, suspicious activity, alarms, and/or workplace disputes, and communicate updates to the appropriate parties.

+ Complete detailed reports and logs for patrol findings, incidents, and/or client requests; use required systems and devices to document activity and support follow-up actions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

+ Customer Service Experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
